A curiosity is Tarnogrodzki oil produced from linseed, with a very long tradition in the Lublin region. It is a product particularly sought after during the Christmas and fasting periods. The oil has an outstanding health-promoting effect, has a high nutritional value, especially valuable are the omega-3 fatty acids.
