Sątyrz is an organic farm, which mainly deals with the cultivation of pickles and sourdough.In addition to the previously mentioned products, you will also find here juices from pickled beets, pickled cabbage and vegetables, unpasteurized priobiotic juices and fresh vegetables and fruits. The products are pickled in barrels and glass jars in the traditional way, using Kołobrzeg brine. This is a spring brine discovered in the 12th century in Kolobrzeg. It has a constant salinity and is rich in a multitude of microelements. Thanks to its health-promoting properties, it is used in spa treatment. The vegetables come from organic cultivation and are organic certified. In order not to lose their pro-health properties, preserves made from them are not pasteurized. The farm is certified by the European Culinary Heritage Network and promotes the West Pomeranian region as a place of conscious and modern farming.
