Samo Jabłko is a family business run by a mother and daughter, on a farm established 70 years ago by my grandfather. The grandmother owns a juice bar and a shop with local products. Mr Paluch focuses on locality, they try to sell their juices within 100-150 km from the farm and limit the way from the orchard to the glass. The Apple itself is a cold pressed juice, slightly pasteurized, with no additives such as preservatives, water, sugar, antioxidants, enzymes. It owes its flavor to ripe and selected healthy apples. You can also order juice with natural additives: cinnamon, beetroot, parsley, carrot. The apples come from conventional agriculture, but the owners of the company try to limit the use of plant protection products to a minimum. Thanks to the BAG IN BOX packaging system, which does not let air in, the juice stays fresh for 10 days after opening (at temperatures up to 20 °C), provided that the tap is always filled with juice. Manufacturers encourage the multiple use of paper cardboard.
