J.D. Gross is Lidl's own brand, which offers, among other things: chocolates (milk, dark, white, with hazelnuts or almonds). In addition to regular chocolates, the offer includes pralines, boxes of chocolates and smaller chocolates. All sweets are Fairtrade certified for the ingredient, which is cocoa. The products are sold in paper packaging with the exception of the inner packaging in the boxes of chocolates, which is made of plastic. As part of its climate strategy, Lidl has developed an action plan that includes, among others, reducing emissions by 80% in all countries where the company has stores. Lidl Polska has implemented an Energy Management System compliant with the ISO 50001 standard. The primary objective of the system is to regularly reduce energy consumption in all facilities. Lidl has committed to reducing the consumption of plastic to 20% in unit and collective packaging of private label products and to make 100% of Lidl's private label products packaging as recyclable as possible by 2025. We are waiting for the implementation of these declarations. In its reports, Lidl provides information on the structure of employment, remuneration and on the number and types of contracts under which employees are employed. In addition, employees are covered by free private medical care. In addition, Lidl has experts in employee relations. In the event of interpersonal problems, they are partners in contacts between employees and management. Lidl cooperates with many non-governmental organizations, such as: Food Banks, Caritas, WOŚP, "Mam Marzenie" Foundation and the Children's Health Center. In Lidl stores you can find products with reliable certificates, such as: Fairtrade, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, the European mark of organic farming and many others.
