Klimeko has been processing milk since 1995. Based on traditional recipes and natural production methods - handicraft - it produces cream cheese 36% , cream 12% and 18% , butter, buttermilk, natural yogurt 9%, cottage cheese (fat, skim, full fat), smoked cottage cheese, baked cottage cheese, flavored cheese, and whey with black currant. No food additives such as stabilizers, preservatives, thickeners, starch are used in the production. You will also find no milk powder, colors, flavors, added vitamins in the composition. Creams and blueberry yogurt are enriched with probiotic Bifidobacteria, and natural yogurt is enriched with probiotic L.casei bacteria. Production using traditional methods is based on the seasonality of milk and its natural properties.
