The Dairy Cooperative in Jasienica Rosielna is a company with tradition, established in 1927. The cooperative produces over forty different dairy products according to its own recipes, without preservatives and in biodegradable packaging. These are kefirs, fromage cheese, cottage cheese, cottage cheese, natural and fruit yoghurts, buttermilk, drinking milk, cream, butter. In 2008, the Cooperative started the production of organic products, ie milk, butter and cottage cheese, obtaining a certificate of organic farming for them. About 15% of the dairy products produced by the Cooperative are certified organic products. The rest is based on milk purchased from small farmers, from the clean areas of Podkarpacie, based on traditional breeding methods. The recipients of the Cooperative's products are also obtained locally through its own trade and distribution system.
