Mr. and Mrs. Jablonski are gardeners who specialized in ecological production of vegetables and herbs. Their family farm was established 25 years ago. They produce herbs such as mint, sage, basil, melissa, and rosemary. The vegetable offerings include varieties from southern Europe, Latin America and Asia, such as arugula and lamb's lettuce. All vegetables and herbs are certified. Interesting products include edible zucchini flowers, nasturtiums, marigolds and borage, also organic.
