Kid's Concept is a Swedish manufacturer of wooden and textile toys for the youngest. The wooden products are FSC certified. All products are designed and illustrated at the headquarters, in Sweden, but production takes place in various parts of the world, mainly in China, India and Europe. The conditions in the factories there are regularly monitored and inspected, according to the standards of BSCI and REACH. The factories the brand works with are Oeko-tex, FSC and GOTS certified. Most packaging consists of cardboard or paper, plastic is kept to a minimum. The brand is involved in social activities and participates in an initiative called "Project Restore." The project aims to create long-term carbon stocks by growing reed canary grass (a fast-growing species of perennial grass) that fixes carbon dioxide.
