Tkanki is a Polish brand founded by a young girl, Marysia, who sews kidneys and bags from recycled materials, more precisely from materials found in second-hand stores and from upholstery offcuts and samplers she buys from companies as waste. The founder is keen to keep the materials as natural as possible. The fabrics are 60% upholstery fabrics and 40% cotton, denim, corduroy. The brand was founded in 2020. Due to the great interest in the kidneys, Marysia is currently working with a seamstress to help her sew the products. All kidneys and other products are unique and can be created specifically to order. Shipments are sent in cardboard boxes and packaged in a minimalist manner. The owner is registered with BDO (database of products and packaging and waste management). And all used cardboard boxes Marysia passes on. In addition, Tissues joins in charity events and auctions: BEZ Association, the Dog Association, the Breed Mongrel Foundation, PAH for Ukraine, the Cyganov shelter or WOŚP.
