M&S is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), a multi-stakeholder initiative with an objective to implement palm oil production methods that are more sustainable to people and environment. Additionally, more than 80% of wood and wood-derived products are certified with FSC ensuring that the wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests. M&S is also carrying out pilot projects for implementing fair, living wages in 15 factories in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
