adidas is one of the more well-known German sports footwear and clothing brands. In their wide range of assortment, they have a "better choice" collection where products are made from more sustainable materials such as; organic cotton, tencel and recycled materials. The adidas brand has partnered with "Parley For The Oceans", an organization that works to minimize plastic waste. Additionally, one of the collections was created in collaboration with Stella McCartney. The company pledges to achieve climate neutrality by 2025. Adidas aims to establish a system to identify high-risk human and labor rights issues throughout the supply chain (target 2025). Adidas has signed the ACCORD agreement regarding the fire safety of factory buildings in Bangladesh. Being member of the Fair Labour Association adidas is subject to independent monitoring and public reporting. Additionally, it discloses the list of its suppliers on the website (https://www.adidas-group.com/en/sustainability/transparency/supplier-lists/). The packaging in which products are shipped is recycled.
