Livergy is Lidl's own brand that offers textile products, mainly sweatshirts, pants, T-shirts, pajamas and jackets. In addition to clothing, it also offers shoes made of leather from LWG-certified tanneries. The vast majority of the brand's products are certified "Cotton Made in Africa" which aim is to improve the living and working conditions of small farmers in Africa and to protect the local environment. Jackets are created from recycled polyester and are certified by the Global Recycled Standard. Product packaging is created from paper. The brand operates in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. Lidl Poland has implemented an Energy Management System that complies with the ISO 50001 standard. The primary goal of the system is to regularly reduce energy consumption in all facilities. In its reports, Lidl provides information on the structure of employment, wages and the number and types of contracts under which male and female employees are employed. In addition, employees are covered by free private medical care. In addition, Lidl has employee relations experts. If interpersonal problems arise, they are partners between employees and management. Lidl cooperates with many non-governmental organizations such as the Food Bank, Caritas, WOŚP, "Mam Marzenie" Foundation and the Children's Health Center.
