The British brand Ecozone manufactures eco-friendly cleaning products. The products are not certified with eco-certificates (except a universal cleaning liquid which was awarded with the European Ecolabel), yet they consists mostly of plant-based cleaning substances, including soap nuts. They contain no phosphates, phosphonates, petroleum-derived substances, optical bleaches, halogen elements, silicones or GMO. In addition, all Ecozone products are vegan – they haven’t been tested on animal and don’t contain any animal ingredients. The packaging is eco-friendly, dishwasher tablets are sold in biodegradable foil and such products as washing powders are packaged in reusable plastic buckets. The brand’s flagship product are Ecoballs – balls filled with washing agent that can be reused, as the manufacturer declares, for up to 1000 washes! The founders of Ecozone openly admit that Ecoballs won’t “make the white whiter” but are great for washing not too dirty clothes. Moreover, Ecozone offers a variety of surface cleaners, washing powders and liquids and dishwasher tablets.
