Pracownia Ceramiki Bolesławiec deals with the production of ceramics, i.e. products based on a natural renewable resource, which is clay. Every day, ceramic products that enjoy great popularity come out of the workshop in Bolesławiec, under the brushes and stamps of artists. The ceramics are hand-painted and refer to the traditional, folk atmosphere. All ceramic dishes and other products are made of stoneware. Formed, they are then hand-painted with paints that are safe for the environment and people, and after applying the glaze, fired at a temperature of over 1250 degrees Celsius. High firing temperature and underglaze painting make these dishes durable, resistant to damage, heat and fire resistant, inert to chemical agents and suitable for serving and storing food. Decorations are also applied underglaze so they can be washed in dishwashers. The products included in the order are protected with polyethylene foil, cardboard and polystyrene. The company currently employs several hundred people. Bolesławiec products are sold in Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
