Solevita is Lidl's own brand that produces fruit juices, mainly smoothies and NFC juices. The juices are cold pressed, do not contain artificial colors and are rich in vitamin C. They are sold in plastic packaging or in cans or cardboard boxes. As part of its climate strategy, Lidl has developed an action plan that includes, among others, reducing emissions by 80% in all countries where the company has stores. Lidl Polska has implemented an Energy Management System compliant with the ISO 50001 standard. The primary objective of the system is to regularly reduce energy consumption in all facilities. Lidl has committed to reducing the consumption of plastic to 20% in unit and collective packaging of private label products and to make 100% of Lidl's private label products packaging as recyclable as possible by 2025. We are waiting for the implementation of these declarations. In its reports, Lidl provides information on the structure of employment, remuneration and on the number and types of contracts under which employees are employed. In addition, employees are covered by free private medical care. In addition, Lidl has experts in employee relations.
