Luco is a Dutch brand that produces wooden building blocks for children. It was founded by two industrial designers, privately parents, who previously worked for LEGO. The toys are made from rubber wood. This raw material comes from rubber trees that no longer produce rubber, giving the trees a second life in the form of wooden toys for children. The products contain no magnets or plastic parts and are dyed with water-based paints that are ISO-certified. The materials have been tested and meet European safety standards. Packaging is also created from rubber wood, and the set comes with a jute bag for the blocks.
