Mr. and Mrs. Bielik bake spelt and rye breads from organic flour in their own farm. The breads (100% certified organic in Europe) are made from flour freshly milled in a stone quern mill, on sourdough of their own recipe, and baked in a chamotte oven. They are most often delivered directly to the customers: they are picked up at the farm, delivered locally, sold at fairs, harvest festivals, fairs of healthy or local food. Breads can also be ordered online and by phone.
