The specialty of the Babalski's farm is ecological pasta and cereal products made from ancient species of grain such as spelt, flatbread and semolina. Since 1986 the Babalskis have been running a 9-hectare certified organic farm. In 1990 they received the Ekoland certificate No. 90001 (No. 1 in Poland), and since 1991 the BIO Pasta Factory has been operating on their premises. Mr. and Mrs. Babalski are very committed to the development of organic farming, Mr. Mieczysław is the president and co-founder of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Association of Organic Producers "EKOŁAN", Mrs. Aleksandra is co-founder of the Association for the Development of Pokrzydowo Village and Surrounding Areas. The farm is open for visitors.
