Epicurean is a brand of high-quality kitchen utensils such as chopping boards, pot and beverage coasters, spoons and pizza peels that can be safely washed in a dishwasher. Chopping boards, spoons and peels are made of recycled materials: paper, milk bottles, corrugated cardboard and a mixture of various wood and plant species (bamboo, hemp, eucalyptus) that come from sustainable forestry and are FSC-certified. All the products are made in the United States in an eco-friendly way, with no risk of harmful emissions (which is confirmed by the Greenguard Indoor Air Quality certificate). The company is also involved in many environmental projects including the support for the development of wind energy in Minnesota. Eco Paper line (100% recycled paper) is the finalist of "Good Design 2011" competition.
