Rituals is a brand that offers luxury body care products and accessories as well as home décor. in 2022 almost 80% of the products contained at least 90% naturally derived ingredients. All formulas of the products, which must be rinsed off, are fully biodegradable. 99% of the palm oil used in the production of cosmetics is RSPO certified. Rituals brand cosmetics do not contain microplastic and are refillable, which the manufacturer highly encourages. Purchasing refillable refills helps restore mangrove forests in India and Kenya. The brand says that by 2025, all packaging will be refillable, recyclable or made from recycled materials. Rituals is committed to carbon neutrality by transitioning to renewables and offsetting. By 2026, it also plans to reduce energy consumption in stores by 10%. 95% of cosmetics and home products are manufactured in Europe, close to its main markets. The other 5% of the products are produced in Asia. Rituals is a B Corp-certified company. The brand, along with Tiny Miracles, is supporting some of Mumbai's most excluded communities to become self-sufficient. In 2020. Rituals brand and its partners established the SuperChill Foundation, helping children and young people manage stress through physical activity and mindfulness exercises.
