Sante is a German brand manufacturing natural plant-based cosmetics for children and adults. All the brand products are BDIH-certified which ensures 95% of their ingredients are natural. The products contain no no petroleum-derived mineral oils, synthetic dyes and aromatic substances, parabens, formaldehyde, silicones or GMO. Moreover, BIDH encourages manufacturers to use ingredients from organic farming and a large part of Sante’s cosmetics do contain them (as you can find out reading the label). Some of the products also have the NaTrue label – a new certificate which determines a minimum content of organic farming ingredients (a product can be awarded one, two or three stars – the more, the higher the content of organic raw materials). The packaging is made of PVC-free plastic and leaflets are printed on paper certified with FSC, a sustainable forest management certificate. The German brand reduces its carbon footprint by using electric energy from renewable sources. Sante sources açai, a Brazilian plant, in compliance with Fair Trade rules. The brand is also involved in a project aiding organic farming of this plant and at the same time supporting local population. Sante’s offer includes face, body and hair care products as well as make-up products.
