Natracare is a British brand of eco-friendly sanitary products. The offer includes biodegradable sanitary towels, tampons, wet wipes, panty liners and maternity pads. Natracare uses only natural raw materials: organic cotton certified with Soil Association or USDA, cellulose wadding made from trees from sustainably managed forests (FSC or PEFC certified) and corn starch from genetically unmodified plants. Sanitary pads and other products are not bleached with chlorine so they are kind to the skin and the environment. Natracare products as well as their packaging are at least 95% biodegradable. The company also monitors closely the carbon dioxide emissions during the entire product lifespan and plants trees to compensate for these emissions. Additionally Natracare is involved in many social projects. It works to improve the sanitary conditions of women from the Asia and the Caucasus, supports educational campaigns regarding plastic waste and promotes green education among children.
