Lambi is a brand of sanitary paper products, owned by Metsä Tissue. The offer includes toilet papers, tissues and paper towels. Products are made from wood certified with the FSC Mixed and PEFC labels. They are manufactured in Slovakia. The cellulose used for the production is bleached in a totally chlorine free way. Lambi products have been awarded the symbol of the Nordic Swan (Nordic Ecolabel), which means that the effects on the environment has been assessed throughout its life cycle - from raw materials, used chemicals and manufacturing processes. Metsä Tissue subscribes to the rule: “Close to our customers”, which means the factories are located close to the market. In such a way carbon dioxide emissions resulting from transporting goods to faraway locations can be reduced. Metsä Group (the owner of Metsä Tissue) is managed by the members of Metsäliitto, a Finnish cooperative of 125,000 forest owners. Lambi products are available in stores all over Poland.
